All items that you find in our store are printed on demand. This means that we do not hold inventory, and the printing (or embroidery) job only starts the moment our customers place an order. We purchase the blank product from third-party suppliers who will print and then ship the final products directly to you. This not only makes our business more agile, but it greatly benefits the environment as it eliminates the waste from unsold inventory.

Printing on demand means that we must rely on the printer to do their job properly. As with any manufacturing and shipping process, errors naturally may occur. If you happen to receive an item that does not satisfy the quality standards, we will of course take full responsibility and provide you with a replacement. Also, it will take a bit longer to deliver your product. But we will make sure it’s worth waiting for!
