Returns
At thegenuinehuman, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Here’s how our returns process works:
- Defective or Damaged Items:
We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, insufficient in advertised quality or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
- Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse:
Since our products are custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please carefully check our sizing charts before placing your order.
- Order Cancellations and Changes:
You can request an order cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate changes or cancellations as your order might already be in production.
- Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than two weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement if necessary.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team via the contact form on this page, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
If you would like to change your order, please contact our support within 24 hours after making the purchase.
After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations as your order might already be in production.
Shipping
All items that you find in our store are printed on demand. This means that we do not hold inventory, and the printing (or embroidery) job only starts the moment our customers place an order. We purchase the blank product from third-party suppliers who will print and then ship the final products directly to you.
Products available in the same region are shipped together whenever possible. Around 86% of orders fulfilled by our main supplier are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in (US).
Although the production and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the specific item and its supplier, and increase during peak holiday season, here is an overview of average times to the United States:
Apparel, Hats, Bags: 8-12 days
Eco-friendly apparel: 11–14 days
Apparel & Accessories listed in the Premium Collection: 3-5 days
Home Accessories
- Mugs: 5-9 days
- Glass Drinkware: 7-10 days
- Paper Posters: 5–9 days
- Blankets, Pillow Cases: 8-12 days
- Shaped Pillows, Canvasses: 5-11 days
